A propósito de un posible consentimiento en las experiencias eróticas entre niños y adultos.

El asunto de las relaciones, encuentros y experiencias de significado erótico entre menores y adultos es uno de esos tabúes intelectuales sobre los que, por razones diversas, es complejo y arriesgado desarrollar puntos de vista que cuestionen lo socialmente establecido. Hablar hoy en día sobre la atracción pederástica o la erótica de los niños de forma que no se criminalice a la una ni se niegue o invalide la existencia de la otra, es una temeridad, sobre todo en algunos países donde, como al parecer sucede en los Estados Unidos, directamente te juegas tu reputación y a menudo tu puesto de trabajo. La sociedad no parece dispuesta a pensar y debatir públicamente al respecto y escasean los intelectuales que se animan a reflexionar detenidamente. A menudo se observa una clara hipocresía entre lo que uno dice o calla en público y lo que uno dice o piensa, o es capaz de pensar, en esferas más íntimas y protegidas de la mirada general. No interesa profundizar en ello y los que lo hacemos a menudo molestamos e indignamos. ¿Para qué remover este asunto?, dirán algunos. ¿A quién interesa? ¿A los pederastas y abusadores? No se ve pues qué otro interés pueda tener.
Lo que voy a decir en las páginas que siguen no es en realidad algo ni tan original ni tan trasgresor como podría parecer a algunos. De hecho es muy significativo que a comienzos del siglo XXI este texto pueda resultar trasgresor. Es algo que se decía con relativa normalidad y sin que nadie se escandalizara hace treinta o cuarenta años, al menos en ciertos ambientes progres y renovadores. Así pues, a algunos les sonarán a cosas sabidas y evidentes; a otros les parecerán ideas irracionales y fuera de lugar; otros me acusarán de hacer lo que los expertos suelen llamar racionalizaciones para justificar el abuso sexual de los niños, cuando no de promoverlo. O al menos, como ya se me ha dicho, que mis palabras, aun siendo razonables, van a ser utilizadas para justificar ciertos actos. Puede ser. Si Darwin levantara la cabeza se sorprendería ¾o tal vez no¾ de cómo han sido posteriormente utilizadas muchas de sus ideas. Pero nadie negaría que es bueno que Darwin dijera lo que dijo. Y, creedme, no es que me quiera comparar con Darwin. Pero en fin, ante esas acusaciones poco puedo hacer. Sólo invitar a que se lean mis palabras hasta el final y con mente abierta.
Mis opiniones y consideraciones no pretenden ser definitivas ni indiscutibles. Nada más alejado de mi intención. Se me ha invitado a revisar un tema polémico y delicado. Me he animado a hacerlo a sabiendas de mis incógnitas, obligándome así a ordenar un poco mis ideas. Lo he hecho mediante un lenguaje más o menos sencillo y con talante más divulgador que académico, eludiendo el insertar referencias especializadas y recogiendo al final una breve bibliografía, la mayor parte de ella desafortunadamente en inglés. Pero todo esto lo he hecho basándome en lo que hasta ahora he podido estudiar y en lo que, honestamente, ese saber me sugiere. Cómo es lógico, dejo la puerta abierta no sólo a la réplica sino a otras aportaciones e investigaciones que me condujeran a rectificar o matizar mis conclusiones. Algo que sin duda sucederá en el futuro.
El tema aquí analizado no tiene que ver con los adultos que se implican en este tipo de relaciones, con su condición, sus intenciones, sus derechos o sus responsabilidades, aunque mucho de lo dicho se podría aplicar a este análisis. Aquí me centraré en el niño y más específicamente en el niño o la niña preadolescentes que muestran interés y voluntad por relacionarse de este modo con un adulto ¾i.e. eróticamente¾. Reflexionaré sobre si esto es posible y si se da o no en la realidad, para después pasar a analizar cuál es en mi opinión la línea de indagación y debate que deberíamos seguir si algún día nos interesa resolver este asunto de un modo más o menos razonable. No aspiro a zanjar un problema de difícil solución que se vuelve incluso más intrincado conforme uno se introduce en sus profundidades. El lector irá observando cabos que a lo largo de mi argumentación van emergiendo pero que no obstante dejo sin atar. Lo he tenido que hacer para limitar el texto a un número razonable de páginas que, espero, sean de su interés.

Luego lo guardais donde querais, pero recordar donde :) Personalmente me creo siempre una carpeta utilidades en mi home y lo suelo guardar en ella este tipo de cosas. Lo importante es guardarlo con un .run, es decir que le dais un nombre y añadis .run al final (sin espacios ni caracteres raros) luego una vez creado el fichero, cerais el editor de texto y sobre el icono del documento que habeis generado, boton derecho y le dais a propiedades. Aparecera una pestaña de permisos, y es en ella que tener que activar la casilla "permitir ejecutar archivo como un programa"
Lo ultimo es arrancar este programa a cada sesion y para ello debeis de ir :
Sistema ---> preferencias ---> aplicaciones al inicio.
Le dais a añadir, le dais un nombre (el que mas rabia te de) y donde pone orden, vais a buscar el fichero que habeis creado. Al reiniciar deberia de funcionar el scroling a dos dedos.
Parece que funcion para muchos modelos, pero solo os puedo confirmar que funciona en los eepc.

The early hacker ethics understood the free flow of information as part of the computer, its applications and the related source code. The first step away from the computer, came with the transformation of "the freedom of sharing" into the GNU General Public Licenses, GPL. This was the legal basis needed to support the free flow of information and to keep this information available to the public.
The release of the GPL in 1989 further spread the idea of collaborations on applications. Its protective aspects led to the massive success of free and open software development.
"What is now called "open source" goes back as far as the hacker community does, but until 1985 it was an unnamed folk practice rather than a conscious movement with theories and manifestos attached to it. This prehistory ended when, in 1985, arch-hacker Richard Stallman ("RMS") tried to give it a name "free software".
In march 1995 ward cunningham helped push access to information over two barriers. The first was the public wikiwikiweb which extended the idea of 'open source' to any plain (English) text. He also opened the doors to allow collaboration over a simple web interface.

The next major transformation came with "open publishing" and the birth of indymedia in November 1999.

Freedom of Information and horizontal collaboration always had a strong dynamic. It was the radical left, with their long history of grassroots organization and horizontal processes, that could adopt the idea of free software.
In 2001 this horizontal collaboration became the basis for a free and open encyclopedia, Wikipedia.
From there the ball was rolling and the commercial world took over the idea of "open publishing". It was now called "user generated content" and Flickr, YouTube and Twitter led the way.
Indymedia understood its role as an alternative platform to the cooperate mass media networks. It changed the perception of events and demonstrations, and often encouraged the user to question the official mass media version of events. However, it was never able to attack or directly change any commercial mass media institution to any major extent. The impact, or influence of indymedia lays much more in the alternatives, in providing an anonymous platform for reports and articles. The major impact was the transformation of the idea "freedom-of-information" into another real world use case.
As easy as it is to publish any information on the internet today, there are only very few platforms that remain who provide anonymous publishing. It is the will to protect the original publisher to some extent.
With the start of Wikileaks in January 2007 another platform came up with the clear goal to protect the sources. It radicalized the idea of the freedom of information and asked for any "classified, censored or otherwise restricted material of political, diplomatic or ethical significance" (source).
For the release of the Afghan War Diaries, Wikileaks asked three major newspapers to help with the verification and analysis of the large set of material.

As much as wikileaks tries to gain the maximum impact for what they release and how powerful that information itself is, the actual change in the established institutions may never happen, so long as the television is the centralized conduit of mass media.
It will need a (new) decentralized and personal broadcast medium to create a dynamic public sphere to allow the horizontal sharing of information. A device that is way more affordable and accessible then the internet today.
Investigative journalism has suffered a great deal and wikileaks is trying to fill a gap. But it also functions as inspiration; it is giving real world examples of the possibilities of freedom of information.
The transformation of the freedom-of-information into any real world use-case, is the major momentum to cause change. It is the existence of powerful alternatives.

1. No proposis, fés. Aquest és el nostre funcionament, que va lligat amb la característica numero 0. Si vols fer una cosa comença, si la resta s’hi volen unir és perquè els haurà interessat el què fas, sinò sempre tens la opció d’anar seguint al teu ritme.
1.1. Contranorma a la norma numero 1, fés, mentre no destrueixis la feina dels altres.

No lurkers, una persona que no fa res, simplement molesta, aquí estem treballant, si vols mirar, vés a mirar a un altre lloc.
Com a comentari a destacar, comentar que tenim una llista interna i si no es participa a aquesta, la persona serà esborrada.
3. Un espai és considerat un hacklab del hackerspace Barcelona en el cas que tingui un mínim de 2 o 3 ordinadors, sortida a internet i un sofà ;)
Si estuvisteis en la lan party de Tenerife (TLP) de este año pudisteis ver un gran pirulo blanco hinchable, el cual la noche del sábado se proyecto en el una serie de efectos. y si no pudisteis estar, aquí verán algunas fotos de este proyecto, proyecto el cual surgió del curso de Blender impartido el día 23 a las 10:00-13:00 por Feel, en el cual se propuso una Sección Maping, no teníamos muy claro al principio donde ni como hacerlo, pero aparecieron varias ideas en un momento, uno de los sitos donde proyectar este maping el cual visualizamos con las mayores posibilidades fue esta estructura hinchable, con la cual empezamos a buscar la forma de medir y diseñar con Blender en 3D, una vez ya teníamos el diseño del hinchable, procuramos acercarnos lo mas posible a las proporciones de la superficie real donde se proyectaría, midiendo la distancia entre el proyector y la superficie a usar y introduciendo la cámara dentro del Blender a la misma distancia.
También tomamos una fotografía aproximadamente desde el mismo punto de vista desde el cual se proyectaría todo el proyecto y con Gimp y Delvj se le hizo una mascara de retoque y se le implementaron efectos visuales utilizándolos como “publicidad” mientras retocamos otras formas y efectos en Blender, también se hicieron varias texturas de diversas formas, colores y con logos de los patrocinadores, los cuales se implementaron tanto a la estructura hinchable como a unas esferas las cuales añadimos, todo con un estilo universo
El experimento con Delvj
Tal y como comentamos para usar Delvj usamos la tecnica de usar mascaras para las pruebas que hicimos con Delvj.
Sacamos la foto desde el punto de vista del proyector ela introducimos en gimp. La idea es quedarnos con una imagen en blanco y negro de la foto que hemos sacado, sabiendo que las partes negras seras las que se vera el video. En el siguiente video se ve bien al principio ese concepto mapping con delvj. En delvj la proporcion de los planos por defecto es de 320x240 (o multiples de esa relacion), asi que luego introducimos esa foto en inkscape o otro programa de diseño vectorial y exportamos una imagen que tenga esa proporcion/relacion y asi conseguimos que la imagen final no se vea distorsionada por la manipulacion que hemos realizado a la imagen y se vea en delvj tal y como se ve la proyeccion desde el proyector.
Luego se trata de ir creando nuevas capas y jugar con videos, suites de imagenes o las formas 3D que nos facilita delvj.
Puntos positivos:
-Facil de realizar (una horita se tiene algo decente)
-Facil conseguir diversificar los contenidos
-Facil de instalar (nos da igual donde colocar el proyector)
Puntos negativos:
-Dificil conseguir ser preciso y encajar el mapping a la estructura (los bordes son my dificil de ajustar ya que los controles de delvj tienen algunos fallitos)
-No se controla realmente el resultado final
-A 2 proyectores las superficies elegidas no pueden ser cualquiera (nos es un mundo sino que capas sobre capas y puede generar puntos de oscuridad
Experimento con Blender
Este experimento que parecia el mas dificil resulto ser el mas versatil aunque en principio la estructura a proyectar era una forma "simple"
Una de las cosas de comentar es que se uso la version 2.5 de Blender que permite generar nuevas ventanas a partir de vistas existentes en el interfaz.Esto permite un ajuste finisimo ya que simplemente colocamos la nueva ventana en la salida a proyector, y en pantalla completa podemos ajustar el modelo en el propio editor antes de lanzar las animaciones. Otro tema importante es que el objetivo era no renderizar ningun video, sino usar el Blender Game Engine para animar y lanzar las animaciones. Esto nos permitio ademas lanzar algunos animacion a tiempo real que de momento simplemente lanzamos con el teclado, pero que con tiempo queremos lanzar a traves de sensores o otros arduinismos :)
Basicamente la dificultad fue modelar una forma hinchable de la que no teniamos medidas y que podia variar de forma por la presion de aire. Lo conseguimos ya que la variacion era muy pequeña asi que nos toco tambien medir la distancia de la camara. Una de la cosas pendientes es intentar hacer conincidir la apertura de campo de la camara del BGE (Blender Game Engine) y la del proyector, pero basicamente funciona, ya que una vez ajustada la vista del proyector, lanzamos el BGE (con la P ;) ) y todo encajo perfectamente. Jugar con texturas y elementos que aparezcan y desaparzcan fue a lo que nos dedicamos durante esa noche y aparentemente dio su efecto ya que varias personas nos vinieron a ver para comentarnos ... cosas bonitas :)
Puntos positivos:
-Ajuste muy fino con la vista de camara al proyector directamente.

JUEVES 22 DE JULIO
16:30h. Inauguración de las jornadas “Reflexión y acción tras los incendios forestales, a cargo del Alcalde de Ejulve, José Manuel Salvador, y el Presidente de ADIBAMA, Carlos Abad.
- Charla presentación de la Plataforma “Nuestros montes no se olvidan” en el municipio de Ejulve a cargo de miembros de la Plataforma.
- Proyección de un audiovisual conmemorativo editado por la Asociación Cultural “Carrasca Rock”.
17:30h. Los grandes incendios como síntoma del desequilibrio rural.
El Departamento de Geografía y Ordenación del Territorio de la Universidad de Zaragoza colabora en numerosos proyectos de investigación vinculados al uso de Sistemas de Información Geográfica y Teledetección para analizar los índices de riesgo de incendios forestales a nivel territorial y el seguimiento de la recuperación vegetal en zonas afectadas. Además, la perspectiva de la Ordenación del Territorio permite analizar los grandes incendios forestales como consecuencia de la despoblación y el abandono del medio rural. Profesores e investigadores del Departamento nos explicarán su trabajo y sus reflexiones.
19:00h. Impacto ecológico de los incendios en el monte mediterráneo.
La Fundación Centro de Estudios Ambientales del Mediterráneo, ubicada en la ciudad de Valencia, es un Centro de Innovación Tecnológica asociado al CSIC. Su papel principal es potenciar la investigación y la innovación en la Cuenca Mediterránea, para estudiar problemas específicos de carácter ambiental. Uno de sus programas más desarrollados trabaja por desarrollar nuevas técnicas de gestión forestal y especialmente se centra en la restauración de montes afectados por los incendios forestales. José Antonio Alloza Millán (oriundo de Cañizar del Olivar), técnico de la fundación en el programa de investigación forestal, nos planteará su visión sobre la casuística de los incendios turolenses de 2009.
VIERNES 23 DE JULIO
16:30h. Apertura de la exposición “Incendio del Maestrazgo 1994”.
El municipio de Bordón, situado en la Comarca del Maestrazgo, dispone de una exposición itinerante sobre el tremendo incendio que asoló a varios pueblos de Teruel y Castellón en julio de 1994, justo quince años antes de los producidos el pasado verano de 2009. En Ejulve instalaremos la exposición en el Ayuntamiento, para poder disfrutarla desde el viernes 23 de julio hasta el domingo 25 de julio.
SÁBADO 24 DE JULIO
18:00h. Actuación de “La Europa del aborigen” en el Ayuntamiento.
Con un espectáculo adaptado a la temática de los incendios forestales, con música, palabra e imagen unidas, La Europa del Aborigen nos ofrecerá un espectáculo singular el sábado por la tarde donde la poesía se mezclará con las imágenes del recuerdo del incendio. Un momento de reflexión abrazados al arte de tres bajoaragoneses, con una trayectoria corta pero intensa y con una creatividad desmedida.
DOMINGO 25 DE JULIO
12:00h. Encuentro de asociaciones y particulares de la provincia de Teruel vinculados a la Plataforma Ciudadana “Nuestros montes no se olvidan”.
El objetivo del encuentro será acordar una carta ciudadana sobre el futuro de nuestros montes, para remitirla a la Comisión Europea en el marco del proceso de participación ciudadana abierto para trasladar aportaciones al Libro Verde sobre la protección de los bosques europeos frente al cambio climático. La Plataforma Ciudadana “Nuestros montes no se olvidan” ya participó en la reunión sobre protección forestal que organizó la Presidencia Española de la UE en Valsaín (Segovia, 6-7 de abril). El acto tendrá lugar en un corral privado habilitado en las cercanías de la fuente Majalinos, que se salvó de las llamas gracias a la limpieza de las fincas que desarrolló el propietario antes del incendio.
14:00h. Comida de alforja en la fuente Majalinos.
Los participantes en el encuentro disfrutarán de una comida de alforja en la fuente Majalinos, un espacio afectado por el incendio pero en el que ha quedado una de las pocas manchas verdes de pinar que sobrevivieron.
16:30h. Mesa de experiencias personales: vecinos contra el fuego.
1994 y 2009 serán fechas recordadas por siempre en las sierras de Teruel. Incendios que asolan miles de hectáreas, tensión y angustia, voluntarios frente a las llamas, vecinos que intentan salvar sus posesiones, desalojos de municipios enteros, etc. Experiencias personales que merecen la pena ser recordadas, no ya por el morbo sino por la constatación de que en quince años la historia se repite, y puede volver a repetirse más pronto que tarde en nuestros montes. Una mesa redonda compuesta por vecinos de los pueblos turolenses afectados por los incendios de 1994 y 2009, relatarán sus experiencias frente al fuego y sus impresiones sobre el papel de los lugareños en la extinción de los incendios. La cita será en el Ayuntamiento de Ejulve.
17:30h. Mesa redonda sobre defensa civil frente a los incendios forestales.
En el Ayuntamiento de Ejulve, se organizará una mesa redonda sobre las experiencias de voluntariado frente a los incendios forestales. Los participantes (Protección Civil Comarca de Andorra – Sierra de Arcos, Voluntarios del Maestrazgo y Agrupación Defensa Forestal Pendes-Garraf de Cataluña), plantearán los objetivos de su trabajo, los medios técnicos de los que disponen y el interés por fomentar la participación ciudadana frente a los incendios forestales.
18:30h. Finalización de las jornadas. Actuación de la Ronda Astí Queda Ixo! por las calles de Ejulve.
La Ronda “Asti Queda Ixo!” nace la noche de San Juan del año 2000, después de que parte de los actuales componentes y joteros de Mora actuasen en la “Rondalla de los Quintos” cantando y tocando por las calles de Mora de Rubielos. Noche de jotas en la que no faltaron las tradicionales pastas en casa del quinto al que se le cantaba, sangría y, a veces, jamón.
Al término de la ronda, ya de madrugada, caímos en la cuenta de que habíamos jóvenes aficionados a la música folk en los pueblos de nuestra comarca (Sierra de Gudar). Decidimos reunirnos posteriormente para tocar juntos. Desde ese momento comenzó el proyecto de una primitiva “Rondalla Comarcal“ y de hoy en día “Astí queda ixo”, del castellano ¡Ahí queda eso!, frase popular empleada al término de algunas jotas que se dice al cantador a modo de felicitación.
Así que ya lo sabéis, para acabar estas jornadas de recuerdo a los montes que se nos fueron, música y fiesta rondando por las calles de Ejulve con los Astí queda Ixo, que se nos oiga, que no reblamos. Vecinos, preparad las pastas y los porrones!

There is a very simple solution:
I would like to a see a separation between the public view of my photo stream and how i with my account see the photo stream.
My view always includes all my pictures. It is my data, and i should always have access to it.
The public view for everyone else can be limited to the 200 pictures.
I don't mind all the other limitations on the upload and set's etc. But i would like to have full access to MY data. I am totally willing to pay for sharing. To give everybody the possibility to access my pictures. But i am NOT willing to pay to get access to MY data.
Why?
Well, i put "Privacy Wars" into the topic for a reason: With the recent privacy issues on Facebook, more and more people started to realize to what extend a company has control over their data. The asynchronous access to my photos and the resulting dependency is a major problem of the current privacy issues. With a similar dependency Facebook is able to adjust the privacy terms and therefor control the users data.
In my opinion Flickr always had a very good understanding of sharing and privacy. 90% of the decisions Flickr made in the last years related to that topic where transparent and comprehensible. They in general went into the direction to empower the user.
I know that some people at Flickr understand the current issues of the "Privacy Wars" very well. It would be wonderful if Flickr could send out the right signal to the Flickr Users.
"We understand: You need the free access to your data, we give it to you."
Even if that means to adjust the Terms of Services.

We've added some functionality to the graphstats module. It can be accessed from below the group river on group pages.
It uses the timeline simile widget, that together with elgg object and river models make it very easy to show this kind of visualization. This can of course be improved, but we hope it will help in following up on what's happening.
Timeline help: The blue dots are river items, and the orange bars are events from the calendar of the group. Dragging anywhere on the timeline moves the time base, and clicking on any item opens a popup with some information.

Como en ediciones anteriores, pretendemos que las mañanas se dediquen a la reflexión colectiva, este año en torno a la autogestión, de lo personal a lo colectivo, algo imprescindible para los movimientos sociales, pero aún más en tiempos de crisis. Intentaremos formarnos en la autogestión de la alimentación, de la salud, de los cuidados, del conocimiento, de la economía social y aprender a buscarnos la vida. Durante las tardes tendremos espacio para talleres, para seguir dándole al coco con diversos temas sociopolíticos, pero también para sacar nuestra creatividad, expresión, ganas de jugar ... ¿Qué te parece cuentacuentos, teatro, masajes, etc.? ¿Propones alguno? Anímate!!!
Además, un programa cultural para algunas noches, con música y otras actuaciones.
Y También queremos darle continuidad al espacio de las niñas y los niños: el mosto de verano. Donde la complicidad y la autonomía de la gente pequeña nos enseñe a aprender de su sabiduría, sus sueños y deseos, su capacidad de acción y sus energías.
Habrá espacio para cuentacuentos, música, risas y actividades lúdicas para todas. Hacednos partícipes de cualquier aportación que se os ocurra.

la Comissió d' Activitats i Finançament fem una crida per a animar-vos a participar en la organització de les activitats que durem a terme dins el marc del Rototom Sunsplash ( festival de reggae amb una gran implicació social, ecològica i comunitària).
Hem d'organitzar la parada de venda de menjar, tallers , xerrades i sobretot tenir molt en compte la parada d'informació de la Coop.
Per tot plegat us convoquem a venir a la reunió que es farà aquest dimarts dia 6a les 19h a l'Infoespai(Plç.del Sol 19,20 baixos), i també a que aneu reservant els que hi sigueu interessats els últims dies d'Agost( exactament del 21 al 28).
A la reunió del dia 6 també es parlarà de la Inaguració de la Cooperativa Integral Catalana de cara al setembre.
Una hora avans, a les 18h, es farà la valoració de la nostra participació al festival Esperanzah.
